HoruSphere Interactive

Games where you live with what you broke.

We build premium, systems-driven simulation and RPG games for PC on Steam. Outcomes emerge from simulation, not from an authored path to success.

Our games

Three games in development

Different genres, one through-line: deep interlocking systems where decisions carry lasting consequences. All three are in development, and we are not announcing dates.

Tycoon · Business simulation

Silicon Magnate

A basement in 1975, four purchasable properties, and a hardware chain that starts with an integrated circuit.

Silicon Magnate

Start in your basement in 1975 and build a tech empire: design chips, create software, place workstations, hire staff, survive bad launches, and outcompete rival companies.

You are not only making products. You are running the company that makes them — the floor space, the payroll, the research, and the batch nobody tested.

Illustrated combat RPG

Kage-Metsuke

Supernatural Sengoku Japan. Every wound, scar and curse stays visible on the character who earned it.

Kage-Metsuke

An illustrated supernatural Sengoku RPG focused on combat, equipment collection, yokai hunting, and authored quests.

You play one covert agent sent where soldiers and magistrates cannot go. The agent can die permanently — and the next one has to walk to the body to get the gear back.

A city street split down the middle: orderly civic buildings and traffic on one side, a burning barricade and a crowd of protesters on the other.

State of Affairs

Turn-based political strategy

The game every politician should play before taking office. Step into the role of a national leader. Pass laws, sway public opinion, manage institutions, and hold a country together under pressure.

Three launch scenarios are in the works: the Soviet Union in 1953, the United States in 1955, and Japan in 1952.

How we design

Four rules we hold to

  1. Systems over scripting

Outcomes emerge from simulation. There is no authored success path waiting for you to find it, and no scene that fires because the design needs you to win here.

  2. Consequence that persists

Choices leave permanent marks on the run and on the character. A shipped defect, a failed vote, a curse taken on deliberately — all of it stays on the record.

  3. Depth that stays readable

You always understand why an outcome happened, in a sentence or two. Deep models underneath, plain language on screen. We do not show you the formula.

  4. Premium and complete

One-time purchase. No energy timers, no mobile-style monetisation, no live-service treadmill. You buy the game and the game is the whole thing.

The studio

Small on purpose

HoruSphere Interactive is the game development studio inside HoruSphere Group. We make premium, systems-driven simulation and RPG games for PC on Steam.

The team is small and deliberately focused. Scope is chosen to match the team rather than the ambition, and we treat that constraint as a design discipline instead of hiding it. Kage-Metsuke resolves multiple enemies as sequential waves because that keeps the presentation readable and the production cost controlled. Silicon Magnate models a supply chain rather than a factory floor for the same reason: the interesting failure is a warehouse full of the wrong chip, not a bottleneck on a conveyor belt.

Players build, optimise, govern — and then live with what they broke. That is the whole brief for all three games.
