A city street split down the middle: orderly civic buildings and traffic on one side, a burning barricade and a crowd of protesters on the other

A HoruSphere Group company

Games built around strategy, scale, and player agency.

HoruSphere Interactive develops management and simulation games where players build, optimise and adapt complex systems over time, and live with the consequences.

Studio

Where deep systems are more than just numbers.

We build games where the interesting part is the model underneath: an economy, a set of institutions, a decision that cannot be taken back.

Scope is chosen to match the team rather than the ambition, which in practice means fewer systems built properly and a great deal of saying no.

What the games are built around

Depth that stays readable.

Rich economic loops

Layered production, logistics, staffing and market systems that create meaningful trade-offs rather than a single optimal path.

Management with consequence

Decisions interconnect. Efficiency, risk and expansion choices shape both short-term operations and the long arc of a run.

Replayable scenarios

Dynamic systems, varied starting conditions and multiple viable paths, so a second run is a different problem rather than a faster one.

Projects

In development.

State of Affairs

The game every politician should play before taking office. Pass laws, sway public opinion, manage institutions, and hold a country together under pressure.

Three launch scenarios are in development: the Soviet Union in 1953, the United States in 1955, and Japan in 1952.

The Steam store page is live. The game is in development and no release date is announced.

Who we are speaking with

Publishing, platforms, and people.

Publishing partners and strategic investors; platform and storefront teams; and creative, technical and production talent who want to work on simulation depth.

If that fits your goals, write with your context and where a focused collaboration could begin.
